quartz material becomes more and more urgent especially to the raw
materials that can produce ray communication and semiconductor. The county
of Donghai has already founded a processing basement of silicon products
with high techniques national wild and the raw material of quartz glass
has become the key basis of the whole silicon industry development. In
order to change the lagging condition in supply of high quality materials,
to enhance the scientific advance of silicon products in the whole county,
using this project we want to promote the technique advance of the whole
silicon industry to realize producing in large scale of high class
materials.

According
to the analysis from expert of the National Quartz Glass Professional
Commission, the demand for quartz material with high class and low
impurity will increase at a speed of 200-500 ton per year, without the
importing American material. As a result, this project has a broad future
in market.

Investment Assessment of the Project, Scope and Duration of Construction.
Total
investment is 12 million yuan, which is mainly spent on workshop
construction, equipments purchasing and technology development.
Duration
of the project is 1 year, after which a producing capability of 1000-ton
per year high quality high class arenaceous quartz can be achieved.

It
is forecasted that the sails revenue per year is 15 million yuan with a
interest
and tax of 4.6 million yuan.
