The Project of Producing Quartz Glass Board with High Purity and Precision
Applied to Semiconductors and Photic Technology in the Way of Melting in
Succession 1.
Background and Significance of the Project Under
the influence of traditional industries, part of national enterprises,
producing quartz glass production applied to semiconductors and photics,
still adopt traditional technology of using coal to make ingot or using
vacuum to add pressure to make rough. After being frozen, the rough need
processing to be productions applied to semiconductors or photics. With
simple and poor method, uncultured technology, high cost of products, low
rate of finished product, low additional value, poor economic benefits,
these productions belong to low quality quartz material, having a
narrow-scale application, which has a direct effect on the technology
development and the requirement for the high quality quartz glass applied
to semiconductor and photics industry, and
in a certain extent, limits the scientific research and development
in semiconductor and photics industry. The
project of producing 150 ton per year quartz glass board applied to
semiconductors and photics in the way of melting in succession uses
international advanced technology in this industry for reference, breaks
through national traditional techniques of producing quartz boards for
years, utilizes forge in succession to continuously produce new products
of quartz glass with high purity applied to semiconductors and photics,
and initiates the precedent of developing materials of quartz glass with
high purity in the national industry. 2.
Market Analysis The
new products of quartz glass produced by this project are 120mm wide and
5mm deep, with little impurity, without air bladder, belonging to high
quality quartz boards, extensively applied to the photic parts in the
photic machines such as camera lens, window materials of avigation and
spaceflight, making technology in semiconductor and integrate circuit,
industrial equipments for high temperature, observing window materials of
container for high pressure, and development and application of high new
technology in relative industries. They are the new material of quartz
glass urgently required by semiconductors and photics, with a vast market
and huge potential for export. 3.
Assessment of Project Investments, Scale and Period of Project
Constructions The
total investment of the project reaches 12,000,000 yuan, mainly applied to
the workshop constructions, equipment purchase and technology research and
development. The
period of project constructions will last 2 years. The production scale
can reach 150 ton per year high quality quartz boards with 120mm wideness
and 5mm depth after the completion of the project. 4.
Analysis of Economic Benefits The
estimated production value of the project can reach 28,000,000 yuan per
year, and its profit tax can reach 10,000,000 yuan per year. 5.
