15. The Project of Round Tiny Powders of Silicon through Chemosynthesis of

Background and Significance of the Project Tiny

encapsulation of IC is the important component of IC industry, and the
sale of the encapsulation is making up 70% of the national sales of IC
industry. This shows that tiny powders of silicon play a very important
role in the development of IC. It
is a blank that producing tiny powders of silicon through chemosynthesis
of micron-scale integrate circuit. There is no patent and industrial
production. Even abroad, just a few Japanese companies are provided with
the productive ability. But because of the lack of silicon resources in
Japan, the price of round tiny powders of silicon is expensive, lacking in
international competition. The exploitation of this production is to
satisfy market requirements, to fill in national black in this industry,
to replace the import, to better improve the development of national
cycloxygen materials of encapsulation and IC industry. 2.

encapsulation of semiconductor. For instance, Tumitomo company in
Changchun has built a factory of cycloxygen plastic materials of
encapsulation with a production of 10000 ton per year in Changshu. Its
requirement for tiny powders of silicon can reach above 7000 ton per year,
and high quality plastic materials of encapsulation demand above 7000 ton
round tiny powders of silicon per year. Japanese Electron has set up a
development department for materials of encapsulation in Shanghai, which
is the one of the largest, most advanced manufacturer of plastic materials
of encapsulation. Korean enterprises of plastic materials of encapsulation
including Samsung Company are transferring to China. All of these can
directly increase the national market demands and round tiny powders of
silicon can have a vast market as a production with a high additional
value. 3.
Assessment of Project Investments, Scale and Period of Project
Constructions The
total investment of the project reaches 18,000,000 yuan, mainly applied to
the workshop constructions, equipment purchase and technology research and
development. The
period of project constructions will last 2 years. The production scale
can reach 3000 ton per year round tiny powders of silicon after the
completion of the project. 4.
Analysis of Economic Benefits The
estimated production value of the project can reach 32,000,000 yuan per
year, and its profit tax can reach 10,000,000 yuan per year. 5.
