researching the technology of developing polycrystalline silicon
(high-purity silicon) solar energy, and making it the next key
to-be-developed project and new accelerating-economy point, as well as the
most important step of enhancing silicon industrialization and utilizing
green energy. Once this project is carried out, it will promote the
development of technology-oriented silicon industry in Donghai County, as
well as the development of the economy of this county.
Market Forecast
Currently, whole world’s demand of silicon is over 100,000 ton, while
the supply of high-purity silicon is only 20,000 ton, which cannot meet
the demand of market at home and abroad. The present output of
monocrystalline silicon in our country is about 400ton, and 60% of
high-purity silicon need to import abroad. Therefore, this project has a
bright future and big market.
Investment
Budget And The Construction Period
The
investment of this project is 1billion, which will be used for workshop
construction, equipment purchase and technology research and development.
It will take two years to construct. After that, the yearly output of high-purity silicon will be about 1000 ton.
Economic Profit
Provided the output is met, the yearly income will exceed 528 million, with the tax of 180 million.
